What Gymmi is

Gymmi is a tool for gym owners and their staff to keep track of members, fees, payments and WhatsApp reminders. Gymmi is currently in an early testing phase and is offered free of charge. Features may change, and we may need to pause or change the service.

Your account

• Keep your login details safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including access you share with your staff.
• Give correct information when you sign up.

Your data

• The records you put into Gymmi belong to you. We only use them to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
• You are responsible for having your members' permission to store their details and to message them.
• Please keep your own copy of important records. Gymmi is not a replacement for your accountant or tax adviser.

Fair use

Don't use Gymmi to send spam, to break the law, or to try to access other gyms' data or disrupt the service.

No guarantees

We work hard to keep Gymmi accurate and available, but it is provided "as is", without guarantees. Figures such as fees collected and tax-year totals are for your convenience; please check them before relying on them. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses caused by using or not being able to use Gymmi.

Ending your account

You can stop using Gymmi at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing sarambuilds@gmail.com. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
